1. Agreement
By accessing or using UBEYE (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Advertisers
Advertisers may create campaigns and upload creative assets. You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit, and that your ads comply with applicable laws and do not infringe any third party rights.
4. Viewers
Viewers may watch ads and interact with campaigns. You agree not to manipulate, automate, or otherwise abuse the Service (including attempting to generate fraudulent views, clicks, or payouts).
5. Payments, Top-ups, and Revenue Share
Advertisers may fund accounts and pay for campaign delivery. Viewer rewards and any revenue-sharing features are subject to eligibility rules and anti-fraud checks, and may be adjusted, delayed, or withheld for suspected abuse or compliance reasons.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping, spamming, distributing malware, violating laws, or submitting deceptive or illegal content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or for operational or legal reasons.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will be error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UBEYE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
